	Terms and Conditions It can take from 3-5 working days for the purchased item to reach its destination – this applies to items that are in stock. For items which are not in stock this time will increase. In this case, a member of the CFC team will be in touch to inform you of the expected delivery date, consequently customers have the right to cancel their order and receive a full refund. CFC Interiors Internet Returns Policy We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a full returns service. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return it to us together with a copy of your delivery docket/receipt and provided it arrives back in one piece and with the (product) wrapping intact we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund, (Let us know which). Also please clearly state the reason for return as it will help us to ensure our website and quality of products meets our customers' expectations. Breakages must be notified immediately upon receipt (within 2 days), we may request a photograph or return of goods to substantiate the claim. No items may be returned to us without prior agreement. You may cancel your order in writing (email, fax or letter) within seven (7) days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase value, provided the goods are returned to us unused, in good condition and in the original packaging. Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable; return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The return of special order items eg. a suite of furniture, may be subject to a minimum handling fee of 20% (this is at the discretion of CFC Interiors), provided notification is given at least 14 days prior to the delivery date. There can be no returns made for personalised goods. If you are buying a gift and having it sent directly to the receiver, the Returns Policy will apply to them, it will therefore be their duty to inform us of breakages or if it is an unwanted item. A copy of the return policy will be enclosed with their gift. If you find an electrical good to be faulty, please contact us and we will advise you on what steps to take. This will usually involve the return of the item (complete with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase) and a subsequent replacement or refund dependant on the timescale involved. Under Distance Selling Regulations, the consumer has the right to cancel the order for anything purchased on this website and receive a full refund.
